Resided at 49 Guildford Road in the Perth suburb of Mount Lawley 1919-1923 [6]
Motor Mechanic at 493 Murray Street, Perth in 1921; and a Motor Mechanic at 397 Murray Street, Perth in 1922 [6]

     The 1,500 acres was Lot M1644 of Victoria Location 2023, situated on the north side of the Caron Road [27] [62]
     The land was purchased from the Midland Railway Company for £750 (10/- per acre), payable by instalments over 15 years [27]
Farmer in Carnamah in partnership with his sons as "Addicoat & Sons" 1926-1932[3] [6] [27]
     His sons James H. ADDICOAT Jnr and Francis W. ADDICOAT resided on and farmed the property [19]
     Addicoat & Sons had an account with Carnamah blacksmith, wheelwright and motor mechanics Henry Parkin & Son in 1929 [53]
     In 1931 they had P.O. Box 50 at the Carnamah Post Office [50]
He and his wife resided at 43 Guildford Road in the Perth suburb of Mount Lawley until 1927 [6]
