Resided with her husband on farmland on the Wongoondy Estate in Wongoondy between Mingenew and Mullewa [4: 20-Aug-1938]
They resided in Toodyay in 1936 and in Norseman in 1937 and 1938, at both of which her husband worked as a Butcher [6] [50]
Died 15 August 1938 in Perth; buried at Karrakatta Cemetery in Perth, Western Australia (Wesleyan, GA, 164) [2]

Former Mingenew Resident's Death
"On Saturday last the death occurred at Perth of a former resident of Mingenew in the person of Mrs. Evelyn Thompson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Norman Saggers, of Mingenew. The deceased lady had lived with her husband (Mr. Max. Thompson) on a property at Woongoody soon after that estate was thrown open for selection, but later the farm was sold and Mr. and Mrs. Thompson transferred to Toodyay. The funeral took place in the Methodist portion of the Karrakatta Cemetery on Wednesday last following a short service in the Wesley Church."
