His Victoria Location 682 contained Nabappie Spring while Victoria Location 1096 contained Jun Jun Spring [P17]
Also had 520 acres in two Conditional Purchase leases and a Homestead Lease (later Victoria Locations 2732, 2927 and 2997) [44]
Advertised in October 1902 that he wanted to exchange 3½ tons of galvanised iron wire for sheep, cattle or a stallion [323: 31-Oct-1902]
He went before the Police Court in Mingenew on 28 March 1906 for inflicting grievous bodily harm on Francis A. LATHAM [39]
The accused offence had occurred on 7 March 1906 and he was committed for trial but allowed bail [39: 29-Mar-1906]
He went before the Court of Quarter Sessions in Geraldton on 6 September 1906 on a charge of stabling Francis A. LATHAM [39]
The charge was that he had stabbed LATHAM in Coorow, however the jury found him not guilty [39: 8-Sep-1906]
During the 1911-12 financial year sold 782 acres of his land in Coorow to Edward M. BLYTHE [44]
He sold his Victoria Locations 385, 995, 996, 1116, 1274, 2732, 2927 and 2997, but kept Victoria Locations 682, 1096 and 2407 [44]

Until being cancelled in 1920, he also had a grazing lease for the 811 acre Victoria Location 7020 in Coorow [81: 8-Aug-1920]
The soil of the grazing lease was described as "strong loam and lake country" with Morrell and Mallee timber [81: 8-Aug-1920]
He gave a donation at the Coorow Football Club's Annual Sports Day held on 30 September 1913 [9: 10-Oct-1913]
His son Frank rose to notoriety in the 1920s as "Thomas the Bushranger" in Coorow, Carnamah and along the Midland Railway [P1]
In 1924 he and his son Jack had the registered horse and cattle firebrand of 8TT [80: 28-Oct-1925]
He attended the funeral of Watheroo farmer George Thomas YORK at the Karrakatta Cemetery in Perth on 1 June 1924 [10: 12-Jun-1924]
