The 669 acres was Lot M1387 of Victoria Location 2023 and also still had instalments owning to the Midland Railway Company [27]
He was one of 98 people from the Coorow district who signed a petition in 1929 for a local hotel license to be granted [39: 6-Feb-1929]
His address was 16 Lindsay Street in Perth during the 1930s and early 1940s [3]
The final instalments on his two blocks of farmland in Coorow were due to the Midland Railway Company in 1940 [27]
On 20 July 1942 the Company rescinded the sale on both blocks and resold them to James T. C. HAWORTH on 6 January 1947 [27]
