Purchased 836 acres in Carnamah from his cousin Frederick A. CHANDLER on 13 March 1924 ^[27]
The 836 acres was Lot M1084 of Victoria Location 1938, and still had instalments owing to the Midland Railway Company ^[27]
His Lot M1084 and his brother Basil's Lot M1085 were adjacent lots on the south side of the Carnamah-Bunjil Road ^{[27] [62]}
Farmer in Winchester, South Carnamah 1924-1926 ^{[19] [27]}
Sold his partially paid off farm in Carnamah-Winchester to Richard BOWRAN and his son Robert BOWRAN on 30 July 1926 ^[27]
