The two blocks weren't adjoining - Lot M852 was east of Three Springs and Lot M816 north east of the Three Springs townsite [62]
Lot M852 is on the south west corner of the Three Springs-Perenjori Road and what is now Weir Road [62]
Lot M816, which is further from Three Springs, is on the south west corner of Hunt Road and Wilson Road [62]
He presumably received financial assistance from the Industries Assistance Board as they lodged a mortgage on his Lot M852 [27]
During the 1913-14 financial year he appears to have sold his Lot M816 to local contractor D. John SELWAY [44]
