Purchased an adjacent 450 acres in Lot M817 of Victoria Location 2020 for £495 (22/- per acre) on 23 July 1920 [27]
On 24 January 1921 purchased 913 acres in Lot M1329 of Victoria Location 2021 for £342.12.2 [27]
