Farmer in Winchester in partnership with Thomas HAYWOOD as "Haywood Bros" in 1923 and 1924 [44]
The contract to purchase the 1,151 acre Lot M1212 was transferred into just his name on 3 February 1925 [27]
On 14 February 1925 they sold their 837 acre Lot M1987 in Winchester to Thomas LAWSON of Winchester [27]
Resided in Requiet Street and later Union Street in Donnybrook [3]
Over the years 1925 to 1942 he paid off the remaining £649/7/- owing on Lot M1212, which was listed as being "vacant" [3] [27]
Sold his 837 acre Lot M1212 in Winchester to W. Thomas WHITE of Winchester on 17 April 1947 [3]
