     He was said to have won 63 Sheffield Handicaps all over Western Australia "from the Goldfields to the Timber Country" [5]
     Amazingly he held the distinction of winning three Sheffield Handicaps at three different towns on the one day [5]
     He won the Bunbury Meeting then won at Waterloo (near Bunbury) before winning again that day at a night meeting in Collie [5]
     When running at his peak in Kalgoorlie he came second twice to Australian and World champion Arthur B. POSTLE [7: page 184]
