Purchased the 360 acre Lot M761 of Victoria Location for £129/3/7 and his brother Michael purchased 10,404 adjoining acres [27]
The next day, on 19 June 1909, he and his brother Michael purchased together the 300 acre Lot M762 of for £300 [27]
At the sale also purchased the two quarter-acre Lots 36 and 37 of Victoria Location 2022 in the Three Springs townsite [27]
The two townsite blocks cost £37, which he completed paying for by instalments over 18 months [27]
