He was listed as the owner of the 2,731 acres until 1940-41 and his wife was listed as the owner from 1941-42 onwards [3]
With their two purchases they owned 3,727 of adjoining acres, which had previously been NEWMAN's Dalveen Farm [3] [19] [44]
Appears to have leased their 3,727 acres in Carnamah to Albert F. BOWTELL until selling it to him on 12 December 1949 [3]
Resided at 82 Webster Street in the Perth suburb of Nedlands in 1949; and in the Perth suburb of Subiaco in 1965 [2] [3]
