     Their wedding was a double one with her sister Edith Mary SAMPSON and Edith's fiance Arthur Ernest RUDDERHAM [55] [P331]
Following their marriage they shifted to Balaklava where for about 14 years resided on one of her father-in-laws farms [P331]
Then resided with her husband and children on her husband's Hillslope Farm in Everard West, South Australia [P331]
Along with her husband and children took holidays in Western Australia over two successive years looking for farmland to buy [P331]
     On the second holiday in 1926 they purchased a farm at Dudawa, East Arrino [P118] [P331]
     Returned to Everard West and after selling everything left South Australia by train with her husband and their two daughters [P331]
Resided on Noalimba Farm in Dudawa, East Arrino 1927-1939 [P118]
     Arrived in Dudawa in March 1927, and named their new farm Noalimba after an Aboriginal word meaning "belonging to us" [P331]
She was very keen on her tennis and shortly after their arrival she got together with others and formed the Dudawa Tennis Club [P331]
     They made two anthill courts on part of the Government Reserve near the Dudawa State School and Government Dam [P331]
     Later the Club erected a bough shed and fenced the courts [P331]
She was among the 400 people who attended the Matrons and Benedicts Ball held in Three Springs on 31 August 1928 [4: 8-Sep-1928]
Made arrangements for the occasional Methodist Church services to be held at the Dudawa State School [P331]
     A visiting Methodist Missionary would arrive at Dudawa in his sulky on which he would have a folding organ [144]

Attended the Hospital Appeal Grand Ball in Three Springs on Thursday 8 June 1933 in a dress of black crepe de chine [5: 16-Jun-1933]
Won 2nd prizes for White Hen Eggs, Swiss Roll and Diary Butter at the Three Springs Agricultural Show in 1933 [5: 29-Sep-1933]
In about 1933 she invited the STOKES and WILSON families of Dudawa to join her family for Christmas lunch [144]
     She cooked for the crowd and after the children were fed the adults sat down to roast chook, ham and Christmas pudding [144]
