The shop was vacant by Thursday 22 March 1934, when it was used by travelling auctioneers selling bankrupt stock [5: 30-Mar-1934]
From Monday 2 April 1934 onwards the shop was leased to local butcher Michael J. CLUNE [5: 30-Mar-1934]
Later leased the shop to various other people until selling it to Mrs Eva HEINZ during the 1945-46 financial year [3]
Herself and her husband held a clearing sale on their farm two miles north of Carnamah at noon sharp on Friday 16 February 1934 [5]
At the sale they sold their household furniture and effects including an Oak dining room suite, Oak bedroom suite, [5: 26-Jan-1934]
large leather easy chair, Morris chair, four single bedsteads, washstands, dressing tables, Brentwood chairs, kitchen dresser, [5]
large kitchen table, cutlery, two separators, butter churn, meat safes, kitchen safes and a collection of crockery, pots and pans [5]
Along with her husband and children left Carnamah and shifted to Three Springs on Sunday 13 May 1934 [5: 25-May-1934]
Resided at the Royal Hotel in Kojonup in 1937 and 1938, and then at 462 Hay Street in the Perth suburb of Subiaco in 1939 [3]
In 1940 was living at the Mount Helena Hotel in Mount Helena, and by 1944 was resident at 27 Richmond Street in North Perth [3]
Later resided in the Perth suburb of Inglewood [2]
