The 1,388 acres was Lot M1210 of Victoria Location 1938 and cost £902, payable by instalments over 15 years ^[27]
Farmer in Winchester 1924-1926 ^{[6] [19]}
Completed paying all instalments on his farm to the Midland Railway Company before they were due ^[27]
In 1926 sold his farm in Winchester to Mrs Hilda M. COLE ^{[3] [P33]}
Married Susan Jane SCULLIN in 1939 ^[66]
In 1942 was living at Lyalls Mill ^[16], and later resided in the Perth suburb of Leederville ^[2]
Died 5 October 1971; ashes scattered over the rose garden at the Karrakatta Cemetery, Perth WA ^[2]
