"A further change in business circles in the Carnamah district occurred this week when Mr W. G. Mulligan disposed of his general store at Winchester to H. W. and L. Morrison, of Carnamah. Both and Mr and Mrs Morrison have had varied and extensive experience in business and the residents of Winchester district can be assured of a service equal to what can be obtained elsewhere.
