He and his brothers William and Kenneth were admitted to the Benedictine Mission in New Norcia in December 1914 ^[466]
Resided at the Mission in New Norcia and was educated at the New Norcia Mission School ^[P303]
Labourer for Guiseppe BERTOLOTTI on the Inering Estate in Carnamah in 1943 ^[22]
Issued with a summons by the Commissioner of Natives and went before the Carnamah Police Court on 25 May 1943 ^[22]
     He was ordered to pay confinement expenses and maintenance to his daughter's mother Mona Margaret EDWARDS ^[22]
     The expenses totalled £19/14/- and he made arrangements to pay 30/- per week ^[22]

Later resided in Mingenew ^[22]
Passed away at the age of 57 years at Lot 111 Parker Street in Carnamah, the home of his elder brother Kenneth R. BYNDER ^{[24] [P303]}
Father of Thelma Angeline EDWARDS ^[22], and of Dennis and Beryl BYNDER ^[P303]
Died 29 August 1970 in Carnamah; buried at the Three Springs General Cemetery in Three Springs (Roman Catholic, Plot 102) ^[24]
