In 1923 his mother successfully applied for separation and maintenance from her husband [225: 22-Mar-1923]
His father was working away from home sleeper-cutting and aside from paying the rent wasn't providing for their support [225]
The court ruled that his father had to pay £2 per week and continue to pay the rent in the house they were living in [225]
Resided of late in Carnamah [2]
Died 3 December 1970; buried Karrakatta Cemetery, Perth WA (Anglican, PC, 552)[2]
