From 1911 to 1914 his 470 acres was presumably farmed by Frederick HORNSBY who'd purchased the adjacent two lots [27] [44]
Later also acquired the 491 acre Lot M819 of Victoria Location 2020 in Three Springs from John C. WALKER [27] [44]
