Their 5,990 acres in Nugadong consisted of Lots 24, 25, 27, 28, 31, 33, 35, 37 and 38 of the Nugadong Agricultural Area [44]
During his time at the Palace Hotel in Perth he was the absentee owner of a 1,559 acre farm in Gunyidi [10: 12-Aug-1921] [44]
His 1,559 acres consisted of Victoria Locations 3482, 3484, 3485 and 3947 (Leases 6790/56, 6789/56, 6791/56 and 4418/68) [10] [44]

His property also boasted a four roomed iron house with outbuildings, rainwater tanks totalling 3,500 gallons, and dams and soaks [10]
In 1921 he had 330 acres of the farm in Gunyidi under crop, and owed only £231 to the Crown to make the land freehold [10]
His livestock in 1921 included horses (a stallion, Mare, colt, and six geldings), a cow and calf, and a number of fowls [10]
Plant and machinery in use on his farm in Gunyidi in the early 1920s included a spring cart, winnower, two harvesters, cultivator, [10]

His executors were to sell his Gunyidi farm including crop, stock and plant at the Palace Hotel in Perth on 15 September 1921 [10]
The terms to purchase the farm were £600 deposit, £300 on 1 March 1922, and the balance by four equal annual payments at 7% [10]
The farm obviously failed to sell on 15 September 1921, as it was again offered for sale by his executors on 27 January 1922 [10]
By this time its crop had likely been harvested, and the property was to be sold separately from livestock and plant/machinery [10]
Terms to purchase the farm were £500 cash deposit and the balance in four equal annual payments at 6% interest per annum [10]
The whole of his livestock, plant, machinery, sundries, seed wheat and haystack were to have been sold for cash [10: 6-Jan-1922]
It appears as though his farm in Gunyidi was sold to John Fitzgerald THOMAS of Coorow [44]
