In early December 1930 his wife gave birth to a son at the North Midlands District Hospital in Three Springs ^{[4: 13-Dec-1930]}
Resided in Three Springs until enlisting in the Australian Army on 15 January 1942 ^[16]
Craftsman WX19087 in the Australian Army's Ordnance Workshop during the Second World War ^[16]
Discharged from the Australian Army on 13 February 1945 ^[16]
Later resided in Perth ^[2]
Died 3 July 1960; ashes scattered to the wind at the Karrakatta Cemetery, Perth WA ^[2]
