"Notice is hereby given that the partnership hitherto subsisting between James Edward Allen of Clare in the State of South Australia Farmer and William Allen of Winchester in the State of Western Australia Farmer who carried on business at Clare and Winchester aforesaid as Farmers under the firm name of “J.E. & W. Allen” was Dissolved by mutual consent as from the 10th day of October one thousand nine hundred and forty. The said James Edward Allen will continue to carry on the business of a farmer of Clare aforesaid and will receive and pay all moneys due to and owing by the Partnership in the said State of South Australia and the said William Allen will continue to carry on the business of a farmer at Winchester and will receive and pay all moneys due and owing by the Partnership in the said State of Western Australia.
