Purchased from the Midland Railway Company two townsite blocks in Carnamah for £30 on 15 April 1915 [27]
The two blocks were 6 and 8 Macpherson Street, Carnamah (respectively Lots 32 and 31 of Victoria Location 1936) [27]
During May 1928 he was instructed by the Carnamah District Road Board to clear both blocks of all growth and debris [9: 25-May-1928]
Later sold 8 Macpherson Street, Carnamah to the Bank of Australasia who built a bank and adjoining residence on the block [3] [44]
Resided in Moora until his death in 1947 [2]
Died 17 November 1947; buried Karrakatta Cemetery, Perth WA (Roman Catholic, JA, 269) [2]
6 Macpherson Street, Carnamah was sold form his estate in July 1949 to the North Midlands Farmer's Co-Operative Company [3]
