     In 1916 cleared 100 acres on Lot M952 in Carnamah and another 100 acres on Lot M956 in Carnamah, for 23/- per acre [34]
     They were also contracted to clear 200 acres on Lot M965 in Coorow [34]
     In May 1916 had in Gosnells a cow with a very young calf and offered it to John S. ROOKE of Carnamah for £10 [34]
     In September 1916 their clearing contract with the Midland Railway Company was given to KLAEBE Bros [34]
Resided in the Perth suburb of Gosnells until his death in 1964 [2]
Died 23 February 1964; buried Karrakatta Cemetery, Perth WA (Lutheran, BA, 67)[2]
