In March 1934 her father, who worked as a Linesman, was transferred from Geraldton to Carnamah ^{[5: 30-Mar-1934]}
Along with her mother and siblings arrived in Carnamah to join her father on the night of Tuesday 29 May 1934 ^{[5: 1-Jun-1934]}
Resided in Carnamah from 1934 to 1937 ^{[5: 1-Jun-1934, 18-Jun-1937]}
Attended the Children's Fancy Dress Ball at the Carnamah Hall on Saturday 14 November 1936 as "Red Riding Hood" ^{[5: 20-Nov-1936]}


From The West Australian newspaper, Wednesday 13 September 1933:
"BIRTHS. Atkinson (nee Brown) - On September 3, at 172 Durlacher-street, Geraldton, to Frances, wife of William Atkinson - a daughter (Frances Willin). Both well."
