     Initially Charles began farming in Three Springs while he and Edward continued market gardening at Kojarena [79: 23-Aug-1973]
     He joined Charles in Three Springs later in 1906 and Edward returned to South Australia [79: 23-Aug-1973]

     There was also the issue, as he pointed out, that after a few years there would be need for a larger and therefore new hall [9]
     Building a larger hall out of stone would cost much more and after building leave the Hall with a debt of probably £330 [9]
     The debt could be paid off from within five years which was probably the length of time a small wooden one could be of service [9]
