From The North Midland Times newspaper, Friday 7 February 1947:
Sudden Death of Mrs. E. Heinz
"The death occurred suddenly on Monday, February 3 at her residence Robertson Street, Carnamah, of Mrs. Eva Heinz. The late Mrs. Heinz was recently an inmate of the North Midlands District Hospital, and only received her discharge from that institution on Saturday, February 1. Dr. Robinson, who is acting as locum tennes for Dr. Mayrhofer of the hospital, conducted an autopsy. The deceased was 41 years of age and her remains were interred in the Three Springs Cemetery on Wednesday, February 5. Mr. T. Morcombe of Waddy Forest officiated at the graveside. The late Mrs. Heinz leaves a widower, three children and five stepchildren. The funeral arrangements were carried out by Hy. Parkin & Son of Carnamah."

Women's Sudden Death
"According to a report received by Police-Inspector A. M. O'Connor, of Geraldton, Mrs. Eva Heinz, aged forty-one years, married woman, of Carnamah, collapsed and died in the bathroom of her home at 3 p.m. on Monday. The deceased is survived by her husband, two children and four step-children."
