     The 44 bales consisted of 8 bales sold at 18d., 11 at 17¾d., 10 at 17d., 10 at 16¼d., 4 at 15¾d., 1 at 14¾d. per pound ^[5]
Sold one bales of wool at 16½d. per pound through Elder Smith & Co Ltd at the Wool Sale in Perth on 9 March 1936 ^{[5: 13-Mar-1936]}
Exhibited in the Poultry and Horse sections of the Three Springs Agricultural Show held on Thursday 17 September 1936 ^[5]
     Won 1st and 2nd prizes for both Muscovy Drake and for Duck, and received 2nd prize for Thoroughbred Stallion ^{[5: 25-Sep-1936]}

In about 1951 they purchased a farm in Yandanooka from E. CALDWELL ^{[4: 29-Aug-1953]}
     Two years later, in 1953, they purchased the adjoining property of S. HUNTER, which was 920 acres in size ^{[4: 29-Aug-1953]}
     The farm from HUNTER was "considered to be some of the best land in the district" and was purchased for £15,000 ^{[4: 29-Aug-1953]}
