Rev. David H. DYKE of Carnamah officiated at his funeral, which was undertaken by Henry Parkin & Son of Carnamah [1]

Obituary
The death occurred at Carnamah on Tuesday when Brian Dewar, aged 2½ years, infant son of Mr and Mrs P. Dewar, passed away after a short and critical illness. The baby was buried in the Winchester Cemetery on Wednesday, the Rev. D. H. Dyke officiating at the graveside. The deepest sympathy is felt for the parents in their very sad bereavement."
