The two Conditional Purchase leases were what later became the 176 acre Lot 15 and the 209 acre Lot 16 of the Dudawa Estate [44]

Contractor in Yandanooka in 1919-1927 [19] [50]
He was one of 133 who signed a petition in 1927 requesting the granting of a Publican's License for Yandanooka [39: 12-Jan-1927]
