Unaware of the seriousness of the offence, he provided Kenneth R. BYNDER with two bottles on wine on 2 May 1936 [39: 7-May-1936]
     Kenneth was an Aboriginal man and at the time, under the Aborigines Act, it was illegal to provide Aboriginal people with alcohol [39]
     At the Police Court in Mingenew on 6 May 1936 he was charged the minimum penalty of £20 or two months imprisonment [39]
     Kenneth, who had previous convictions and had resisted arrest, was sentenced to three months imprisonment [39]
