By March 1927 he had settled on the 2,840 acres, which was Lot M1647 of Victoria Location 2023 [34] [144]

In May 1927 purchased a new Chev truck and in June 1927 purchased a new Fordson tractor [4: 7-May-1927, 11-Jun-1927]
